Welcome to Shadow Cloud VPN (the 'Service'). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides stable cloud-based account, device, and service management solutions. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your country or region when using the Service, and must not use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share account access with unauthorized third parties. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, contact us immediately.

The Service is provided 'as is' and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we will make every effort to maintain high uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows and force-majeure events are excepted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the console. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate service upon violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation.
